The aim was to build an order management processes for Australian telecom major, by way of exceptions and minimal manual activity. Benefits derived were minimizing human intervention, consistent, efficient and best practice processes.

	Conduct Elaboration sessions with clients to understand the requirements. 
	Prepare Use cases.
	Functional review of the developed solutions and anchor UAT support
	Work closely with the various stake holders- development, testing and management stakeholders for timely delivery.

Role: Business Analyst
Case management solution for Australian telecom major, to control and direct the Connection Manager work flow of O2A of NBN™ orders. The solution aimed at enhancing the customer experience, ensuring faster delivery of NBN™ and improving performance KPIs.

Model the Merchandize, Store Operation and Supply Chain process for a Global footwear and fashion accessory manufacturer and retailer in order to standardize them across different geographies. The business requirements were captured and analyzed with the aim to improve the business functionality and adopt new ERP solutions.

MENA FOBO Report Digitalization
Role: Business Process Modeler 
Overhaul the reporting and monitoring setup by systematically and incrementally migrating the existing Excel Based monthly and daily reporting structure to the SAP BO based reports for American multinational food, snack and beverage company
Key Deliverables/ Responsibility
	Prepared Functional Documents based on the interview with the stakeholders and understanding business requirements.
	Blueprinting and analysis of As-Is Reports and designing the To-Be Report.

With the aim of increasing the competitiveness of the organization, an approval process was designed for inducting new suppliers into the value chain. A predefined criterion was identified depending on a wide range of factors such as financial credibility, quality, reliability and service.
