As the former Head of Student Services at Kirana Colleges, I led the delivery of high-quality and student-centered support services across Australia and the Philippines. I was also part of the Senior Leadership Team, where I actively contributed to the strategic vision and direction of the business, and served as the voice and advocate of the Student Services department, the wider business, and our student body. I am impassioned by being able to provide access and opportunity through education to diverse and multicultural student bodies, and for the teams I have built, developed and served. I have been recognised with multiple awards and honours from Kirana Colleges, including the People's Choice Award and was an Integrity Award finalist. I am a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) which has enabled me to manage agile projects and workflows, ensuring efficiency and ensuring key project deliverables were met across the business, and new projects pioneered. One of my proudest achievements was being able to serve Make a Wish Australia in my capacity as a Senior Member and Mentor for new volunteers, and to help make a difference by bringing children's wishes to life - and putting a smile on the faces of sick, and critically ill children and their families. I have stepped away to take time off for my physical health and medical road ahead.
