My work lives at the intersection of health, technology, and human development—where science meets systems, and innovation becomes personal. With a cross-disciplinary background in scientific research, investing, and leadership, I’ve supported and led high-impact initiatives across academia, philanthropy, and the private sector. If there’s a frontier where biology, intelligence, and technology converge, I’m there—exploring ideas, building frameworks, and pushing the edge of what’s possible. I see profound opportunities to harness technological breakthroughs—not just to extend life, but to elevate it. A longer, healthier, more fulfilling life shouldn’t be a luxury. It should be a shared, intelligent possibility. My vision is a future of human-directed evolution—where our choices, systems, and intelligences shape a better world for both individuals and society. Currently, I’m building Longevity Intelligence™, a new human operating system for thriving in the age of convergence. This framework helps individuals and organizations align biology, behavior, and technology for optimal health, adaptability, and purpose across the lifespan. It integrates principles of lifelong learning, systems thinking, and neuroplasticity—designed for real life in a rapidly shifting world. These ideas will come to life in my forthcoming book, Longevity Intelligence: A Primer, a synthesis of science, philosophy, and strategy for intelligent aging and intentional evolution. Beyond my work in health and technology, I’m a nationally ranked saber fencer, four-time U.S. national team member in my age group, and co-founder of a private fencing club. I remain committed to advancing science and education, serving on the Yale Cancer Center Director’s Council and the Rockefeller University Council.
