Creative Confidence is an easy-to-use program for educational instructors and life coaches to use with their clients. It has clear explanations and guidelines to follow throughout. The simple structure of the program and clear guidance that accompanies it allows both the instructor/life coach and client to follow with ease. It is hosted on UnitusTI cloud. 

This interactive program is for teens and young adults, it teaches a variety of skills and techniques catering for a wide range of learning styles and comes with a workbook to record key learnings.
Each workshop takes the participants on a journey of self-discovery, gaining awareness of themselves in their own time and at their own pace. These sessions ultimately help a person to build a healthy relationship with themselves which will, in turn, improve the relationships they have with others in their lives. Each workshop has its own theme, whether that’s identifying values or encouraging self- belief through self-discovery - all leading to an improved level of self-confidence and self- awareness.

I’m Jasmine, and my work focuses on helping teenagers and adults build confidence and self-belief.

Through my coaching and Creative Confidence programs, I teach the key tools and techniques that prepare young people and adults to manage the pressures of modern life. These programs can also be adapted by educators, coaches, and counsellors around the world to support their own clients.

My passion for this work comes from my own experience as a teenager. I went through a period of traumatic grief that had a major impact on my life. To cope, I left my home country and began teaching abroad, eventually working in 11 different countries. It took time, but I worked through my grief and now reflect on those years as a mix of challenging experiences and invaluable lessons. This journey helps me relate deeply to anyone struggling to find their path or initially avoiding difficult emotions.

Another major influence on my work has been my international career in education. I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming the pressures on young people have become—especially due to overexposure to social media—which often leads to anxiety and loneliness with potentially traumatic consequences.

Today, I deliver workshops and talks to educational institutions and organizations, emphasizing family wellbeing and equipping participants with practical, preventative tools. My core goals include helping people to:

◼️ Develop emotional awareness and intelligence in personal and family settings
◼️ Build self-confidence and strengthen self-belief
◼️ Set healthy boundaries in personal and professional life
◼️ Identify limiting beliefs and behaviours and make positive changes
◼️ Manage stress, anxiety, and fears

◼️ Communicate effectively and create quality relationships
◼️ Set and achieve personal, family, and career goals

My approach is authentic, multi-dimensional, and dynamic. I support not only teenagers, but also parents, friends, and teachers. In my sessions, participants find psychological safety where they can grow, believe in themselves, and feel happy in their lives.

After coaching hundreds of teens, one thing has become really clear — they’re not looking for perfect parents. They’re looking for present ones.

So often, parents tell me they worry about saying the wrong thing or not having all the answers. But what teens remember most isn’t what you said — it’s how you made them feel.

When you listen without rushing to fix, when you stay calm even when emotions are high, when you just sit beside them — that’s what builds trust.

Presence says:
 “I see you.”
 “I hear you.”
 “You matter.”

It’s not about having the perfect response. It’s about showing up, again and again, with empathy and patience. That’s what helps teens feel safe enough to open up — and that’s where real connection grows.

I’m Jasmine, founder of Nava - a coaching company focused on helping teenagers and adults flourish. 

Through my coaching and Creative Confidence programs, I am on a mission to teach the key tools and techniques that prepare teenagers and adults to manage the pressures of modern life. My programs can also be implemented by educators, coaches and counsellors, across the globe with their clients. 

What led me to this program was my own experience as teenager. I went through a period of traumatic grief that had major consequences on my life. As a way of coping, I decided to leave my home country and teach abroad. I then continued to teach in 11 different countries. It took a long time but I did eventually work through my grief and now I would describe those years as a combination of tough experiences and amazing learnings and insights. Much of this experience helps me in my work today as I feel an affinity with anyone who has had trouble finding the right path in their life, or initially wanted to avoid facing their issues. 

Another big influence on my current work has been my international career in education. I have witnessed firsthand how the pressure on young people today has become overwhelming; particularly from over-exposure to social media. This is causing anxiety-related concerns and loneliness, which can have traumatic consequences. 

Now, I deliver workshops and talks to educational institutions and companies. These place particular emphasis on supporting family wellbeing and equip participants with preventative tools.  My core goals are to help to:

◼️  Develop emotional awareness and intelligence in a personal and family setting
◼️  Build self-confidence and self-esteem
◼️  Set healthy boundaries in personal and professional lives
◼️  Identify limiting beliefs and behaviours within their family and workplace and make changes accordingly

◼️  Set and achieve personal, family and career goals

The coaching method I use involves an authentic, multi-dimensional approach that is fun and dynamic. I support not only teenagers, but also parents, friends, and even teachers. During my coaching, participants will find psychological safety so they can thrive and be happy in their lives.

What does confidence mean to you?

Recently I was invited to Dubai Active Industry to give a workshop to young people on confidence — and as always, I learnt a lot too. I met some amazing people who reminded me that confidence isn’t about having all the answers or being perfect, it's about showing up at you!

Through honest conversation, visualisation, and dreaming together, we realised that confidence is that quiet trust in yourself — the sense that who you’re meant to be is possible.

Instinct verses Intuition -for Present Parenting

Through working closely with hundreds of teens, I’ve learned that not having a lot of friends doesn’t define them — but how supported they feel during those lonely moments absolutely does.

Teens often tell me they feel pressure to have a big group, to always be included, to always have plans. And when they don’t — they question themselves. They start to believe something must be wrong with them.

But what creates real emotional safety isn’t popularity.
 It isn’t being surrounded by people every day.
 It’s knowing they still matter even when they feel alone.

When you sit beside them without rushing to fix…
 when you listen instead of comparing…
 when you stay present instead of trying to distract them away from their feelings…

That’s what tells them:
“I see you.”
 “You matter.”
 “You are enough — even without a big circle.”

Loneliness becomes less heavy when presence replaces pressure.
 
Connection begins with feeling safe, understood, and accepted exactly as you are — even before friendships form or deepen.

In my work with teens, I’ve seen this feeling come up often. Many teens struggle with being truly understood, especially while figuring out who they are. 

Listening with curiosity — asking open questions and really hearing their thoughts and feelings — can make a huge difference. With gentle guidance and support, teens can feel seen, heard, and more confident in sharing their true selves.
