I’m Jasmine, founder of Nava - a coaching company focused on helping teenagers and adults flourish. Through my coaching and Creative Confidence programs, I am on a mission to teach the key tools and techniques that prepare teenagers and adults to manage the pressures of modern life. My programs can also be implemented by educators, coaches and counsellors, across the globe with their clients. What led me to this program was my own experience as teenager. I went through a period of traumatic grief that had major consequences on my life. As a way of coping, I decided to leave my home country and teach abroad. I then continued to teach in 11 different countries. It took a long time but I did eventually work through my grief and now I would describe those years as a combination of tough experiences and amazing learnings and insights. Much of this experience helps me in my work today as I feel an affinity with anyone who has had trouble finding the right path in their life, or initially wanted to avoid facing their issues. Another big influence on my current work has been my international career in education. I have witnessed firsthand how the pressure on young people today has become overwhelming; particularly from over-exposure to social media. This is causing anxiety-related concerns and loneliness, which can have traumatic consequences. Now, I deliver workshops and talks to educational institutions and companies. These place particular emphasis on supporting family wellbeing and equip participants with preventative tools. My core goals are to help to: ◼️ Develop emotional awareness and intelligence in a personal and family setting ◼️ Build self-confidence and self-esteem ◼️ Set healthy boundaries in personal and professional lives ◼️ Identify limiting beliefs and behaviours within their family and workplace and make changes accordingly ◼️ Manage stress, anxiety and overcome fears ◼️ Learn how to access inner strengths, passions and interests ◼️ Communicate effectively and create quality relationships ◼️ Set and achieve personal, family and career goals The coaching method I use involves an authentic, multi-dimensional approach that is fun and dynamic. I support not only teenagers, but also parents, friends, and even teachers. During my coaching, participants will find psychological safety so they can thrive and be happy in their lives.
