As a Live Ops Associate at ESL FACEIT Group (EFG), it is my pleasure to deliver engaging and exciting experiences for millions of players and fans around the world, through the one and only FACEIT Shop. A unique shop operating a virtual currency, FACEIT Points,which our players can ‘cash out’ on industry leading merchandise, digital currencies & digital cosmetics. Before joining EFG, I was a Commercial Implementation Professional at EE/BT, where I supported the Go To Market of large-scale and complex projects across the EE Retail Estate. At the same time, I took on an additional role as an Employee Representative, advocating for the rights and interests of my colleagues within the Commercial Department. I am passionate about learning new skills, embracing challenges, and creating value for my team and organization.
