My name is Jason Crown; I am a business leader with four decades of company leadership, operational excellence experience and customer value creation within the logistics & transportation industry. I launched AlmCrown in 2014. Since then, it has become a leading player in Southern Ontario's logistics and final mile delivery for a variety of industries, including CPG /food & beverage, cannabis, auto, medical, pharma, and technology services. As one of the driving forces behind the company's strategy and success, I direct a high-performing team that brings a powerful mix of experience and knowledge in the final mile market. As a result of the high demand for our premium services, our company is constantly looking for new ways to exceed the most demanding client expectations. Being an empathetic, transformational listener and articulate communicator known for building strong relationships with industry key contacts, I have a track record of creating purpose-driven cultures and building high-performing teams. My experience has also led me to develop a vast network of carriers that can meet shipping demands when our own fleet is not enough. I forge productive relationships with each of them, ensuring thorough collaboration and smooth processes with continuous development and improvement according to the evolving needs of the industry.
