Collaborated with owner, head brewer and taproom manager weekly about trends, styles in demand and production schedules to ensure growth.  Responsible for setting up and working outside events to promote the brewery’s regional presence. Proactively hired and trained 2 new sales reps to ensure continuous growth trajectory.

Key Accomplishments:
* Grew production from 120BBLS to 600BBLS a year by targeting and reaching weekly sales goal of 25 1/2BBL’s.
* Prospected and secured presence at independent locations, multidoor chains as Beer Star, Hops N Drops, Flatstick Pubs as well as larger format locations Whole Foods and Bev Mo resulting in yearly revenue exceeding $200,000.
*Managed and engaged public on the Bosk Brew Works Instagram account increasing the followers 225%.

Currently managing multi channels of distribution- online, majors, specialty chains, independent and off price.  Quickly was able to identify assortment opportunities within my top accounts resulting in 22% increase in bookings for 2017. On track to exceed year over year 2018 bookings by 30% through effective account management and relationships with key decision makers. Collaborated with management, production line builders and key accounts to launch a mid-tier offering effectively adding another channel of revenue.

	Named in an exclusive group of 19 global sales team members who exceeded their assigned sales goal in 2017.

Negotiated and strategized with over 50 vendors on pricing, product, and promotional strategies to maximize profit. Washington Shoe Company

Restored and revitalized key volume retail accounts utilizing expertise in customer service and footwear sales strategy. Designed and executed successful growth plans for volume retailers including Amazon.com, Kohl’s, Kmart, Sears, and REI. Strengthened account loyalty with exceptional customer service management including handling credit issues, chargebacks, freight management, routing guidelines, and product allocations. 
Key Accomplishments: 
	Amplified wholesale business by 15% for multiple house brands.
	Increased business by +50% using expertise in Amazon’s Vendor Central to initiate reoders and analyze inventory management.

Senior Account Executive

Aetrex Worldwide

Specialized in comfort footwear and orthotics sales in the Northwest territory. Directly educated consumers and account holders on proper foot health and orthopedic wellness to encourage sales of Men’s and Women’s comfort footwear and Lynco orthotics. Oversaw a diverse array of business sectors and customer bases including Retail, Chiropractic, VA’s, O&P’s and DME/HME.
Key Accomplishments: 
	Increased sales in four states by 68% growing revenue from $892K to $1.5M.
	Improved results with a marketing strategy of using I-step scanners in retail stores to promote the benefit of healthy footwear and insoles.

Territory Manager

Geox S.p.A.

Oversaw and grew Men’s, Women’s, and Kid’s footwear sales in the Northwest and Mountain States territory.  Established strong relationships by providing excellent service to diverse clients, including independent boutiques and major retailers such as Macy’s West, Nordstrom, Amazon.com, Zappos.com, OnlineShoes.com, and Piperlime.com. Efficiently addressed and resolved client needs and identifying key opportunities for reorder to maintain lasting revenue stream. Directly managed and coached four tech representatives within my account portfolio.
Key Accomplishments: 
	Doubled the wholesale business, from $2.6M to $5.2M, through footwear line development with Nordstrom and outstanding service for .com clients.
	Twice awarded as the $Million Dollar Club Vendor from Zappos for Yearly Sales Volume

ECCO Sko A/S

Aggressively expanded Ecco’s Men’s and Women's footwear collections in the West Coast Territory. 
•	Achieved a 27% sales volume increase in 5 states; growing the territory’s business from $9 million to $11.6 million
•	Exploded Macy’s West and Nordstrom business by working closely with buyers on specific needs and knowledge of both unique business structures
•	Launched 2 major “shop in shop” programs with Macy’s West San Francisco Union Square that resulted in significant market share achievements.  In this key flagship location, Ecco’s Men’s was the top selling brand from 2004-2006 and the Ecco’s women's footwear was the top selling comfort brand in 2005
