Managed the daily operations of the organization, provided leadership and guidance to more than 80 intelligence analysts. 
• Coordinated the support of seven exercises and training programs across the United States. 
• Developed and a multi-week course syllabus for new personnel to sustain the basic intelligence analysis skills from previous coursework, familiarize them with the organization’s mission, and prepare them for future global assignments while working on a small team.
• Accounted for 85 pieces of hardware valued at more than $800,000 
• Provided leadership with weekly administrative, operational, and training readiness reports and continually enhanced reporting procedures.

Intelligence Chief

Managed an all-source intelligence section of ten personnel that provided 24/7 support to flight operations. Advised leadership in the training, mentorship, and development of direct reports. Maintained the organizations physical security, personnel security, and operational security programs. Directly oversaw the analysis, production, and dissemination of intelligence products as needed in support of senior leadership, aircrew, and other personnel. Facilitated the briefing and debriefing of aircrew. Trained and prepared direct reports to provide timely, relevant and accurate analysis of the adversary in exercise scenarios and contingency operations.

Responsible for the production and analysis of Pakistan and Jordan intelligence requirements while assigned as a CENTCOM analyst. Successfully completed an intense 20 week unit training program while managing 16 personnel. Assisted in the development of new analytic tradecraft that aided in mission planning for operations including contingencies, theater security cooperation, and strategic forecasting. Collaborated with various intelligence community partners on CENTCOM topics of interest. Managed CENTCOM branch production and training requirements. Supported global operating forces with timely, finished intelligence products and reach back support. Provided comprehensive threat briefs for personnel travel. 

o	Developed a multi-discipline intelligence collection plan and submitted 38 essential elements of information to enhance Jordan intelligence reporting. 
o	Coordinated with multiple intelligence agencies on 16 intelligence community products. 
o	Produced 17 Jordan intelligence forecasts to leadership. 
o	Produced multiple finished intelligence products that analyzed Jordan's border security which enhanced the operating forces understanding of Jordan's border forces capabilities and limitations. Incorporated feedback into future products. 
o	Prepared and briefed a Jordan intelligence update to the Marine Corps Director of Intelligence and to members of the Marine Corps Security Cooperation Training Group in preparation for deployment to Jordan. 
o	Participated in interviews with representatives from the Office of Director of National Intelligence to provide feedback and lessons learned with USMC intelligence programs used to produce evidentiary intelligence.
o	Served as the lead event coordinator for multiple fundraising events, which resulted in a total of $4,500 raised to support official functions.

CENTCOM Intelligence Analyst

Supervised junior analysts in the production of daily intelligence summaries enhancing the commander's situational awareness of the battlespace. Supervised all logistical requirements for personnel and equipment deployment. As the unit’s personnel security specialist initiated over 50 background investigations for access to classified information. As the unit physical security specialist, ensured vault security procedures were being adhered to in accordance with policy which resulted in two successful annual security inspections. Utilized intelligence programs to analyze intelligence reporting and produce assessments in support of combat operations. Developed and implemented intelligence training curriculum to a non-intelligence personnel. Topics included, intelligence preparation of the battlespace, briefing/de-briefing, tactical questioning, report writing, map reading, and dissemination techniques. Coordinated communication equipment updates and as required.  As the organizations Collections Manager, took charge of the intelligence section's collection plan and effectively integrated all available intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (ISR) assets and resources to answer the commander’s intelligence requirements. Supervised over 1400 hours of organic and theater level ISR assets, developed named areas of interest, and submitted requests for information to higher beyond organic capabilities. Supervised the production of intelligence products to support contingency operation planning for five different countries during Arab Spring. Then, in response to a short notification deployment, quickly acquired over 300 maps for the areas of concern within 24 hours. Coordinated with outside agencies to acquire classified and unclassified products within 48 hours of notification of deployment. Integrated personnel and equipment into shipboard intelligence operations and supported combat operations while afloat.

Produced and presented all-source intelligence briefings to the senior leadership. Supported intelligence related activities pertinent to Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Ensured all annual training requirements were met for 48 personnel within the section. Maintained the organization’s SharePoint page, which ensured subordinate units were able to access finished intelligence products.

Intelligence Analyst

Responsible for the operations and first echelon maintenance on various tactical and commercial motor vehicles. Developed and implemented a structured vehicle licensing program for the organization. Created and instructed course curriculum for the Basic Vehicle Operator’s Course and the High Mobility Multi-Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV) Operators Course. Implemented the first Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicle training into the Marine Corps. Effective management of the licensing program led to the issuance of more than 400 tactical and commercial vehicle licenses for personnel stationed throughout the National Capital Region.

Senior intelligence analyst with 17+ years of experience in intelligence operations. Wide range of experience in areas such as all-source intelligence analysis, open-source intelligence (OSINT), leadership, personal and physical security, homeland defense, operations management, and defense support to civil authorities (DSCA).
