Spent over 25 years as a truck driver. Many of those years were spent training new drivers, one on one, in the cab of a truck as a driver trainer. I have been given a tremendous opportunity to share my knowledge and experience with entry level drivers for P&S Transportation as a Safety Manager/Driving Instructor. This position combines 2 things I am passionate about. Driving & Teaching. Now I am able to teach groups of drivers how to become the best, safest, and most successful drivers they can be while staying within the regulations. Combining safety with discipline. Best practices with integrity. There are no short cuts when it comes to doing the job right.
