•	Promoted to Director by showcasing leadership and employee development during the pandemic.
•	Expanded the Training Team from a small sales-focused unit to a 15-person team training across multiple departments: Sales, Operations, Technology, Interns, Temp Workers, and more.
•	Trained 900-1100 employees annually across 30+ locations.
•	Developed a sales Tableau report tracking new hire KPIs, boosting success and reducing turnover.
•	Consulted on Echo’s Sales Academy, graduating 400 employees in 2023.
•	Led the development of internal communication platforms, MS Viva Engage and MS Viva Connections.
•	Facilitated team growth with promotions of managers and trainers across the company.
•	Launched "The Echo Chamber" podcast in 2023, featuring candid interviews with employees at all levels.

Director, Training & Development

•	Led Echo's first L&D team, building the foundation for growth and development programs.
•	Created the GPS (Grow, Perform, Succeed) development philosophy, with a leadership track still in use today.
•	Partnered with JB Training Solutions for remote employee management training for 325 leaders and executives.

Sr. Manager, Learning & Talent Development

•	Echo’s first Training Manager for branch teams, building strong relationships with leaders and employees.
•	Led the transition from in-person to virtual training during the pandemic, increasing productivity with a new 7-week program.

Client Sales Training Manager (Branches)

•	Led the overhaul of Echo’s New Hire Training Program, collaborating with managers and thought leaders.
•	Earned Echo’s People’s Choice Award in 2018 for contributions to training and leadership.

•	Began leadership training and L&D initiatives before shifting focus to revamp New Hire Training.

•	Led branch training initiatives, leveraging prior experience as a Sales Leader to drive culture and training programs at remote locations.

With a career rooted in diverse experiences — from driving a bread truck in freezing Iowa winters to leading teams in retail and logistics — I discovered my true passion in talent development, training, and leadership. 

Over the past 13+ years I’ve grown through 11 different roles, currently as the Director of Talent Management at Nolan Transportation Group. My journey has taught me the value of hard work, effective leadership, and the fulfillment that comes from developing others. I bring energy and enthusiasm to the workplace and thrive on helping others grow.
