Work closely with Executive Chef to coach and develop our employees, control food and labor costs, and increase sales through guest satisfaction by upholding our companies SOPs. Perform all BOH related duties, including, but not limited to: Scheduling, sushi, food/supply orders, invoicing, Compeat, inventory, vendor price negotiations, expo, staff development, interviews/hiring, table visits, quality/safety controls. Assist in new restaurant openings as a Certified National Trainer.

Build guest relations through conversation and upholding quality guidelines. Supervise and develop all restaurant staff, and assure adherence to all company guidelines and procedures. Motivate my team to make this the go to location for all of our guests.

Assistant General Manager

Manage 15 to 20 employees, ensuring proper operating procedures and health and safety practices are in place and followed. Write schedules and do food and supply orders. Maintain low food, labor, and supply costs (about 32%; 12.4%; and 3% respectively). Coach and teach to develop my employees, inspect and prepare all fresh fish. Work expo to ensure highest quality food for our guests.  Do no-weekly inventory to make sure we're staying on track.

Culinary manager

Perform all hourly functions in BOH, including morning and night prep, morning and night line cook, and general cleaning/organizing. Assist Executive Chef in food and supply orders, and implementing and supervising all BOH training, insuring that all staff members were up to date on their certificates. Learned to motivate, coach, and lead hourly employees by gaining their trust and respect.

Assistant Culinary Manager

Work morning prep, thawing/portioning/prepping raw seafood, cutting/portioning vegetables, prepare hot and cold sauces, hot side items, baking desserts, line prep/set up. Work dish and night line shifts on salad, fry, saute, and grill. Put away all orders, organize cold and dry storage. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

With a background as a chef/restaurant manager, I’ve always had a passion for helping others. In 2017, I decided that I could provide more meaningful help by helping others achieve their financial goals. What better way to provide ongoing help and creating lasting relationships than by helping people achieve their financial and personal goals. I began working at Bowers Private Wealth Solutions as a client liaison in August of 2022, with the desire to learn everything from the ground up, under the guidance of an experienced and knowledgeable CFP professional and entrepreneur. I am currently taking the CFP education requirements at BIF, and expect to sit for the exam before the end of 2025.
