Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation to closing deals.

Formulate both outbound and inbound sales plans, tailored specifically for Ervis. 

Define and track key performance indicators to measure and improve sales effectiveness.

Create and maintain essential sales materials, including sales decks and training resources for new sales hires.

Spearhead the sales process, identifying key prospects and strategizing client acquisition.

Offer detailed guidance for sales activities, setting high standards for each stage of the sales process.

Articulate and refine the value proposition for various customer segments, ensuring alignment with our sales strategy.

Collaborate with CRM/Sales Operations to integrate sales processes effectively into CRM systems.

Create a cohesive and unified front between all departments working within revenue operations; primarily between Sales and Customer Success.
