My "Why" for Human Resources is rooted in my career mission to drive organizational growth through developing talent to align with business needs. Due to these environments, I have been a part of corporate change management initiatives to departmental restructures, thus furthering my ability to pivot my work to meet immediate business needs. 5. Commitment to Continuous Self-Learning: I foster an environment of continuous learning through engaging with national associations like SHRM, attending regional association meetings, and fueling my daily goal of reading HR news.
