I guide my decision-making framework on the SHRM Code of Ethics. 3. Data-Driven Insights: I rely on data and analytics to make informed decisions for recommendations for improvement. 4. Adaptability to Change: I understand the importance of adapting to evolving business landscapes and HR best practices 5. Commitment to Continuous Self-Learning: I foster an environment of continuous learning through engaging with national associations like SHRM, attending regional association meetings, and fueling my daily goal of reading HR news.
