Our platform is geared toward being the story teller's story teller. This means that we focus on the ordinary person accomplishing the extraordinary.

We tell stories of alcoholics getting sober and preparing to run a 250 mile race in Arizona. We share stories of mother's coming back from giving birth to racing marathons and triathlons.

We believe that every story matters and will help inspire the next person who doubts that they can participate in endurance sports.

Our vision is that there is a spot at the starting line for everybody. Our mission is to ensure that people know that and we do that through storytelling.

Through our hands-on training, positive motivation and the friendly group experience of Marathon Makeover, people from all walks of life and ages have grown through this life changing experience

SIGNIFICANT ACHIEVEMENTS:
• Initiated meetings with executive management to present existing buying process and recommended process improvements based on an automated system.  Collaborated with CIO and Exec VP of Operations on developing key elements of the system.  Lead tester providing feedback and necessary adjustments that ensured cost savings and expansion of inventory. Resulted in decreasing man-hours from four to two weeks with emphasis on negotiation and not on allocation.  Company expanded inventory which led to increased sales.
• Analyzed client’s business, categorized requirements and determined demographics to avoid product and program conflict. Collaborated with IT to generate report that provided commercials on a weekly basis and allowed for more efficient pairing. Resulted in increased sales and revenue upfront.  Increased profits, increased number of commercials sold and increased purchasing of additional commercials which reduced costs.
• Achieved 50% increase in revenue over three years and increased profits by 10%.

• Provided strategic and tactical action plans for media buyers and planners.

SIGNIFICANT ACHIEVEMENTS:
• Increased profits by 5% through innovative cost efficiencies and increased revenue. 
• Collaborated with Director of Sales to reorganize and create a more sales-centric organization. Developed a new compensation package for existing sales staff and newly created client services team. Presented reorganization to C-Level executives. Resulted in a focused sales team who generated more sales leads.  
• Created policy and procedures for purchasing media on behalf of clients.  Laid out “P & P” in a PowerPoint format for C-Level executives, media department, IT department and sales. Created two Excel spreadsheet templates that analyzed each campaign.  Optimized campaigns and added new publishers creating a competitive environment which resulted in higher profit margins.  Client goals were being hit on a consistent basis which led to increased revenue. 
• Developed policy and procedure’s manual regarding media planning and buying.
