My interest in banking started with my work on the Financial Services Committee on Capitol Hill. This work helped me realize how impactful banking and finance is to a person. This is when I decided to start a career in banking so that I may help advise people with some of their biggest decisions. My journey began in NYC with HSBC and since then I have worked with two of the largest banks in the country, helping main street people, make financial decisions. As my career grew, I was asked to take on leadership roles and bigger teams to help impact the local community in a positive way. This challenge helped me go from a producer role to an operator, managing some of the largest branches in the country growing teams to 20 plus employees and grew branches to over a billion dollar in assets. My background skills and expertise include. sales, sales leader, manager, operator , finance, business development, community engagement and coaching people to drive results. I am looking to connect with business owners, operators and leaders who are ambitious and looking to grow.
