As the global innovation lead for Creativity & Design, my role is to support both DWF and its clients to think differently about new solutions to age old problems. My main focus was to lead and manage the group innovation strategy and guide a wide range of teams on how they can get creative, playful and collaborative around new and interesting ideas that produce real commercial value.

Principal Consultant for Innovation, DWF Consulting (Ventures)

My role as a Process Analyst specialises in bringing change to organisations through the analysis, design and implementation of business processes that keep organisations running efficiently. I have the ability to identify the current state of processes, elicit useful and harmful attributes of them, document models of various processes and facilitate stakeholder groups to a consensus regarding new business process designs. 

As a BPA, I’m skilled in identifying impacts and linkages to the business strategies, the organisation and its people, data and systems, business policies and business rules, as well as the physical assets of the business. Within my role I utilise techniques that enable successful implementation of business process change in order to solve problems or exploit opportunities. I utilise various approaches, including the Lean Six Sigma methodology and others, to understand the problems or opportunities through workshops, statistical analysis, process monitoring, functional data collection, time and motion studies, work sampling studies, data analysis, root cause analysis, business rules and regulatory analysis. Other day to day responsibilities include:

•	Current Deputy Process Improvement Manager, which is fully responsible for the day to day team performance both on a tactical and strategic level. As a result, I have a strong input in developing the teams’ vision and successful integration of strategy within the business.
•	An ambassador for change for the firm – able to manipulate data to extract trends and facts in working patterns.
•	Commercially capable and able to support the Development Director in building ROI cases based on the findings of extensive data analysis.
•	A competent Lean and Six Sigma coach and mentor, able to train and role model the methodology for both the benefit of my peers and the business.

The role focuses on utilising the Six Sigma DMAIC approach within the Process & Design Function reporting directly into the Group Director of Business Services. Core responsibilities included; Ensuring that problems were clearly defined, root causes / key requirements are identified and strong solutions are developed in order to for them to be built on a strong foundations to support  the business goals and objectives around benefits realisation within a growing business - which is new to lean and six sigma methodology. 

A stand out figure and ambassador for change across the group, ensuring that any and all communications and updates are shared with the board of directors, sponsors, stakeholders and team members alike.

Lead Business Analyst

A specialist in Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques within the financial services. Responsible for driving operational efficiencies, reducing variability and maximising customer value across an array of business processes. A champion for both continuous improvement and advanced problem solving. Other key responsibilities include driving the business forward through coaching and developing staff skills and capability.

Lean Sustainability Consultant

A Leadership Consultant responsible for uplifting capability in our leaders in pre/post McKinsey Transformations on Continuous Improvement tools and methods. Main responsibilities were to coach the leadership population to create capacity and value from within their teams. Coaching service solutions include;

Leadership Coach

An established accredited interviewer heading up the North West Recruitment for Manchester, Liverpool, Bolton and Menai. Main responsibilities include interviewing a range of individuals for the vacant roles across the North West Business Services region and decide if they are fit for the business. Liaising and communicating with various teams and organisations through different forms both internally and externally. Creating deadlines which are to be met to coincide with business needs. Write weekly reports to senior management to notify them of progress within the area. This report is then passed to board for topical discussions such as attrition. Attention to detail is paramount to ensure that an accurate account is reflected.
