- Kickoff Global Transformation Projects with Multi-National Client executive teams and sponsors
- Present demos of eTime
- Create Global Standards company-wide 
- Work with country lead consultants and client team and ensure eTime solutions are accurate
- First point of escalation with country specific issues
- Collaborate with product management and Kronos on customization requests and system enhancements

- Attend on-site pre-sales meetings internationally/domestically and present ADP Time functionality / answer questions

- Coordinate configuration and testing efforts with other internal services and strengthen relations between services
- Guide the client through testing and address all the errors and issues that become present (on-site and virtual, both domestically and internationally)
- Create job aids for clients outlining processes when requested (such as how to set up a schedule, updating a clock, modifying a timecard, navigating through the system)

International Implementation Consultant IV - Time and Labor Management

•	Successfully managed and completed configuration on highly complex clients such as Outback, Lehman Brothers, Federal-Mogul, and Gibraltar
•	Participate on client calls and volunteered to communicate with client to clarify concerns
•	Coordinate configuration and testing efforts with other internal services and strengthen relations between services
•	Review change control requirements and provide time and feasibility estimates
