NutraClick is a technology-driven CPG Sports Supplement Company that was on Forbes Most Promising Companies List in 2014 (#58) and twice made the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies list.
•	Conceptualized, designed, and established an Abandoned Cart acquisition program which generated $4M by engaging a 3rd party call center specializing in converting lost leads. 
•	Developed and implemented an Outbound Telemarketing Team from the ground floor that scaled to 15 agents and generated $1.8M in incremental revenue by leveraging the internal house file and designing customer contact strategies.
•	Trained and converted a Customer Service team to an Inside Sales Team initiating a cross- and up-sell program to leveraged multiple customer contact points, resulting in revenue growth to $4.7M. 
•	Orchestrated the relocation of call center facility from Sioux Falls, SD to Boston, MA; handled recruiting and IT infrastructure build out specifically.
•	Devise and launch new Outbound Telemarketing campaigns and report on key performance indicators.
•	Created lifecycle segments and coordinated campaigns across departments to maximize results and improve revenue and customer satisfaction-based KPIs.
•	Report and improve upon inbound metrics including abandoned rate, average speed of answer, and sales representative specific performance.
•	Implemented Full-Cycle Recruiting and Employee Retention Systems to increase tenure and improve performance. 
•	Transitioned sales floor from an in-house PBX to a cloud routing provider to maximize flexibility, minimize technical needs, and reduce costs.
