Following my passion to deliver impact at a wider scope, I joined Cohort 4 of Code For Canada as a Product Manager to help bring digital innovation & transformation at a federal level.

During this time, I was responsible for:
- Leading a team in the creation of a digital solution using Design Thinking and Agile methodologies.
- Building digital capacity from within by hosting workshops on topics like Design Thinking, Agile etc.
- Advised specialty groups on how to apply Agile principles to streamline work processes.

Having been successfully acquired by Tyler Technologies, I was transitioned over as one of the key employees.

During this time, I was responsible for:
• Creating and leading the 100 day integration strategy plan to successfully integrate SceneDoc within the Tyler product suite.

Being the first product manager of SceneDoc, I was responsible for quickly discovering market opportunities and developing a product strategy to capture it, which resulted in hyper-growth. This was achieved by leading a cross-functional team through lean agile scrum methodologies to quickly deliver and iterate MVPs to find product market fit. 

Through this experience, I was responsible for:
• Leading the full product lifecycle of two products: eCitation and Court Connect, which has become our primary revenue source.
• Leading the digital transformation of small to large-scale agencies by converting existing processes into a tailored, human-centred mobile digital workflow.
• Designing a new customer on-boarding journey powered by digital technology, which allowed agencies to be operational as quick as 2 weeks.
