I have over 13 years of experience working in the IT industry with around 4 years of leading product development initiatives by managing the product through the entire product life cycle from initial concept, launch, maintenance, and product end-of-life leading global cross-functional teams in India, Estonia, and the United States. After I finished my M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Gannon University, started my journey as a Software Engineer where I built several customizable and configurable applications for customers. Later, I transition to a Product team as a Product Manager/ Owner working with stakeholders and developers to translate business ideas and designs into user stories and documented features for the development team to work off. I successfully leveraged Agile Methodology and internal UX resources to deliver a user-friendly solution and managed an offshore development team to hit its milestones. Now, I am a Product Manager responsible for product management: prioritizing, driving, and shipping new products and features, including documenting technical specifications, coordinating the development and launch activities, and seeking input from key stakeholders including users, sales, marketing, client success, and leadership. - Regular Product Team Members attending the Annual Conference and providing me an opportunity to work with them one-one. - If you catch me outside of work, I'm a community guy who loves helping his community and - and an avid lover of Cricket! - I also like exploring hidden food places and am available to meet over a cup of Coffee/Chai.
