Resharing post about my last year's trip to India and the amazing learning experience.
 
I went to take care of some legal stuff that had been pending for a long time. I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical about dealing with government employees. 

I mean, we all have this stereotype that they're lazy and unmotivated, or asking for Money to do work, right?
 
Let me introduce you to Ravinder Singh, a shining example of going the extra mile.
 
My perception changed when I met him. 
It was a beautiful learning experience to meet a government employee who was genuinely satisfied with his role and was doing his job with utmost honesty. 
 
He went above and beyond to help me out knowing I’m on short visit, and it was truly a beautiful learning experience. 

He was so polite and professional, and he spoke with so much pride about what he does.
 
He told me about the challenges he faces every day and how he overcomes them. 

I asked him what motivates him to go the extra mile, and he simply said that it's his duty and he's paid for it.
 
Ravinder Singh's example is a reminder that dedication and passion can make a significant difference in any profession, attract customers, 
and help your brand flourish. 

People will remember you.
 
And you know what? When you commit to going the extra mile, you'll find that there's little competition in that realm.

Smashed our Q1 goals & feeling great!



Yesterday was one of the most mentally relaxing days of this year so far BECAUSE we closed the books on March 2024 and the quarter.

My business partner Khaled Ismaeel sent message "We've booked BD XXXX in sales in the first quarter of 2024 alone, which is 68% of what we did in 2023 and 50% of what we did in 2022! This is fantastic! Even if we maintain a consistent pace, even if it's smaller than Q1, this year will be a record year for us."

I must say, It was not easy:
Learned new skills, 
Pushed my limits, 
Felt overstressed, 
At some points, 
I almost cried, 
Laughed a lot,
Multitasked,  
and much more.

Overall, it's been a crazy ride, but most importantly, I enjoyed every moment of it.

Now the question is: 

Who made all this possible?

I believe it wasn't just my self-confidence, but the trust of the people I worked with played a huge role. I'm grateful to have amazing clients and partners who support me.

I just attended an event full of very successful startup founders and entrepreneurs from around the wprld. 

What I learned in 45 mintures is that never be afraid of being the dumbest in the room! 

All these highly successful founders surrounded themselves with people who challenged them, pushed them to learn, and were smarter than them!

It's not about feeling inferior, but about staying humble and open to learning from others.

Every time I sit with smartest people, 
I feel happier, smartest, inspired and creative. 
Actions talk more than words for the smartest people. 
Lucky who is encountered by smartest people not show off people.

Remembers, if you walk out from any meeting/event/seminar/with the same amount of knowledge with which you walked in , it was a wrong gathering that you just attended !

As we turn the page to April, I'm filled with hope, enthusiasm and excitement for what's ahead.

Growing up, this time of year always felt fresh and lively. School days were fun cause every April meant new adventures - excitement of new books, new friends, new teachers, new sports seasons starting up was amazing. 

Then, working in sales March was always most challenging time to trying our best till mid nights to hit targets or add whatever we could add till last moments. And, after all the hard work, April was always a little relaxed month to set new targets for new financial year. 

Now, things have changed as running own businesses! 

But I believe keeping that open, eager spirit of learning is so important. Now every day, every month is new learning, full of excitement and challenges.

Wishing you all the very best as you bloom into this next chapter.

I believe that personal stories and experiences are more engaging and persuasive than product pitches.
  
When I post about my experience as co-founder of new startup, I'm sharing my passion, my expertise in sales, my experiences with clients and my unique perspective. I'm showing people who I am, what my values are. Those who can relate with me on a personal level, always express interest in what I have to offer. This allows me to build meaningful relationships.
 
Of course, I occasionally post about the products and services that Qamber Technologies WLL offers on Instagram and WhatsApp stories to keep our current clients updated. But on LinkedIn, I prefer to focus on building relationships.

What's best way to learn new thing?

In our old times (I'm that old 😊),
📔📖Books were considered best source to learn new things and skills. 

Nowadays many people learn from YouTube, mobile apps, podcasts, masterclasses etc.

But I have to admit, I just buy books and not able to read or have consistency. 

I believe if you have good reading habits, books are great for learning new things at your own pace and on your own budget.

If you are like me, 
need that extra push, 
not regular book reader,  
that's where coaching comes in. 

🧑‍🏫👩‍🏫 A good coach can personalize things, hold you accountable, and help you overcome specific challenges.

If you want to be great, you have to take great risk.
 
Yesterday, I met my two ex-colleagues who had spent 15+ years at the same company, occupying the same positions and doing the same tasks within a not very good work environment.

One left from the company nearly two years ago, and the other just last month. I witness a significant positive transformation in their demeanor and personalities, which is truly heartening. 

They have a newfound confidence and a radiant happiness. I was just thinking what factors compelled them to remain within that environment for such a long period.

Ultimately, it seemed to be their comfort zone– that held up their ability to take the necessary risk and place faith in their own capabilities.

Witnessing them succeed in their new roles, both professionally and personally, gives me so much joy. 

We all deserve to see what we're capable of if we simply do not give up.
 
We are here to take great risks, to explore and seek adventure and you cannot do that by playing it safe.

The art of storytelling have the power which can grow your business and cultivate strong connections 
with your customers.


I worked in so many different sales jobs more than 2 decades now, and 
learned a many valuable 
lesson and skills.

But I must admit, I failded to use 
The Art of Storytelling. 

Storytelling differentiate yourself and 
providing a unique opportunity 
to engage, inspire, and build 
lasting relationships.

So, whether you're a startup or an established enterprise, I think 
it's time to harness the
