Developed and led scalable people & talent strategies globally, overseeing headcount, exec hiring, compensation & benefits, ER, talent acquisition, performance management and learning & development.

Habito is a digital online mortgage broker which offers a complete home buying service, with nearly 200 employees in the UK at series C with £68M in funding and BCorp status.

As a key member of the senior leadership team, I reported to the COO and played a crucial role in implementing the talent acquisition strategy. My responsibilities included working with the ExCo and leadership team to provide direction and vision for talent acquisition, as well as achieving the company's hiring goals.

Total raised $746M including series E and Debt financing after IPO. The business is listed on the London Stock Exchange (Ticker: FCH).

Collaborating closely with the COO and CPO, I played a pivotal role in shaping Funding Circle's talent strategy and brand. By leveraging creative approaches, my aim was to identify top-tier candidates in a fiercely competitive market, while upholding rigorous standards to attract the most exceptional talent. These efforts were essential in propelling our business towards its ambitious growth targets, taking it to the next stage of success.

Reported into the COO, I was hired to build the talent team and centralise the recruitment function within NOTHS to improve efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment.
