- Transform the logistic tools paradigm from a feature-missing, hard-to-iterate and expensive custom software to a full-featured and predictable cost-per-use SaaS.

Holaluz.com

IPO in 2019, €40 million raise (largest IPO in its MAB section), capitalization of €160 million.

- Managed multidisciplinary software development, platform, and data teams of up to ~100 brilliant people designing and building a scalable teams organization, product aligned, leading a high-performance net growth from 25 to 50 to 100 people in consecutive years.
- Built Technology vision and strategy for a highly changing business.
- Recovery from achieved infosec attack and setup of proper preventive plan.

- Guide up to 6 software development teams through Agile mindset and practices, and scrum framework.
- Implementation of throughput predictability and performance metrics, and configuration and support with ticketing tools.
