My core responsibilities as a Global CMO 

- Defining the strategy and the execution at scale, as a member of the Global Management

- Building the Marketing, Brand and Data activities from a small table to a global marketing operation with a multimillion dollar budget and multichannel marketing verticals

- Commanding the global marketing operation, including technical teams on Brand, Communications, Marketing Operations and Performance Marketing

- Leading the local marketing operation in 17th countries, with a team of 170 marketeers

- Support the go-to-market expansion strategy, with 13 successful new country launches in
4 years

- Develop the go-to-market strategy for North America together with our local MGMT team in US  12 cities) and Canada  3 cities)

- Defining and executing our indirect impact strategy on food insecurity, public affairs and indirect campaigns  Schools, Goverments, NGO's, COP 26...)Leading the most exciting challenge a global executive could face: creating a positive impact in the planet

Ageras

• Executive Leadership – Managing all the daily operations in Ageras in collaboration with the CEO and the management board

• Sales Management – Leading a team of +30 sales representatives in 5 countries, covering top areas of the revenue generation, sales intelligence and strategic partnerships

• Customer Service Management – Leading a force of +12 customer service specialist in 5 countries, covering lead conversion, value chain and customer satisfaction
  
• Information Manager – Leading the information office, currently formed by 2 analysts and controllers

• Marketing Management – Leading a team of 12 marketing experts in 5 countries, covering top areas of the lead acquisition, lead conversion, marketing analysis and brand marketing. 

• Business Strategy – Creating an actionable revenue model for all the divisions of the company, and assisting the product team on the creation of new products and revenue streams.

• Marketing Intelligence – Assisting the development team and finance team on the creation of new data analysis systems, data extraction, revenue analysis, marketing and sales performance review and forecast.

e-conomic

• Marketing Intelligence – Coordinating a team of analyst evaluating the performance of the revenue team (marketing & sales). Focus on lead acquisition, brand awareness, revenue models performance with a holistic approach to the customer journey.

• Marketing Strategy - Active part on global strategic projects for e-conomic and Debitoor in 7 countries. Also responsible of developing the forecast growing scenario, short/long term actions, Social Media strategy and goals for the overall marketing activities the relevant control points to achieve these goals.

• Revenue Control - Define, create and evaluate the customer acquisition model, working together with the relevant stakeholders in Sales and Business Control. Also manage the analysis of the relevant KPIs for SaaS industry (ROI, CAC, CTLV, Churn... etc), and the evaluation of the SEM campaigns.

Head of Marketing Intelligence

• Marketing Management - Managing all paid traffic activities in e-conomic and  Debitoor, both SEM and affiliate marketing activities. Also dealing coordination projects between different communication teams, business and web developing and external agencies in Copenhagen (Carat, GroupM, Iprospect, Magnetix...)

• Marketing Strategy - Active part on global strategic projects for e-conomic and Debitoor in 7 countries. Also responsible of develop the forecast growing scenario, short/long term actions and goals for the marketing activities and also the relevant control points to achieve these goals.

• Business Control - Define, create and evaluate the customer acquisition model, working together with the relevant stakeholders in Sales and Business Control. Also manage deep analysis of the relevant KPIs for SaaS industry (CAC, CTLV, Churn... etc)

• Lead and Customer Acquisition - Responsible of the lead acquisition worldwide. Define the upcoming lead/customer acquisition based on the specific particularities of the SaaS industry. Achieved a 30% growth in customer acquisition in e-conomic in 2013. Debitoor has moved from 5.000 users in 2013 to 250.000 in 2014, meanwhile e- conomic has growth 30% in the same period.

Head of SEM

• SEM Specialist - Creating and managing 9 major accounts containing +100 active campaigns in +30 countries. Those campaigns include so far search, display and remarketing campaigns in Adwords, Bing Ads and Facebook.

• Industrial Analyst - Driving qualitative and quantitative marketing reports, like lead optimization models, PPC performance and market size/share. Also specific SEM reports, like gaps analysis, conversions optimization, A/B test performance, usability improvements, cost benefit models... etc.

• Marketing Research - Active looking the industry insights in order to find new opportunities to growth our business around the world. Also design and implement analysis routines and new tools to help the company leaders to take fast decisions, based on data intelligence and front end back end customer data.

• Online marketing consultant - Taking active part on the design of new global strategic projects for e-conomic and Debitoor together with the project managers. Active role researching to adapt our solutions to new markets, and develop a successful marketing strategy in different regions using multiple marketing tools.

Search Marketing Specialist

Experian

• Responsible for SEO, SEM, web analytics and general website growth strategies for 28+ corporate websites across all of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

• Internet traffic specialist in Experian EMEA: driving weekly, monthly and quarterly traffic reports, lead reports, PPC reports, social media and specific SEM reports: gaps analysis , conversions, content strategy… etc. Reporting directly to the heads of the different business lines across EMEA.

• Responsible of training Experian local marketers in EMEA: Omniture and web analytics, conversion, linkbuilding, general SEO best practices... etc. Training drove by one-to-one meetings, videoconferences and international webinars.

• Copywriter for corporate websites and monitoring keyword strategy. Collaborating on monthly internal enewsletter and supporting local marketers on CRM on EMEA as a TeamSite power user.

• Active rol on the design of the web strategy of Experian in EMEA, as main SEO and SEM consultant on the region. 

• Active part on global strategic projects for Experian, working daily together with the global web development teams in U.S. and U.K. 

• In house contact person for marketing stakeholders around EMEA: international media agencies, copywriters and external marketing experts.

• Responsible of the design of the web KPIs for EMEA region: paid and organic traffic, leads and ROI.

Marketing Analyst

•	Researched about E-learning market and about different online universities in Spain, Portugal and Brazil. Identified the hot topics of each one and studied possible applications of it in to firm’s strategy.
•	Implemented new protocols of analysis, using Google Analytics combined with different statistical tools, and designed E-commerce strategy for next fiscal years.
•	Reorganized marketing department and the data analysis process. Improved the Communication Department and collaborated in the relation between firm and stakeholders.
