When my longtime friend Martin, an aspiring chef, shared his idea to turn his passion for cooking into something special, we created Donum together—a gourmet food gift box that could be enjoyed as a meal or a unique alternative to material gifts. I led the brand identity, naming, and logistics to bring our idea to life, and within two months, we surpassed S/. 6,500 MRR with over 120 monthly orders. Now, while based in London, I continue supporting Donum remotely as an advisor.

* Conducted market research by carrying out over 300 telephone surveys within a three-week period. Analyzed the sample audience to understand their response to the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on their financial needs and willingness to adopt online banking services.

* Developed and implemented campaigns to address a 92.9% increase in cybercrime amidst the chaos of the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic.

* Contributed to the design and implementation of digital strategies based on market research findings and consumer behaviour patterns, leading to a 2.2% increase in customer satisfaction over eight months.

Admitted into the Strategy Insight Lab Program by Cass Business School, the University of Oxford, and Bocconi University. I was one of 30 individuals selected from over 550 candidates. The program was designed to advance UK microbusinesses and startups, focusing on strategic planning and business model innovation.

During my internship at Constructora JHR as a Finance Assistant, I was responsible for generating reports, managing ledgers, and assisting with payroll. Additionally, I handled various administrative duties crucial for ensuring smooth financial operations. My efforts played a significant role in ensuring the company was audit-ready for SUNAT, the tax authority in Peru.
