Senior Product Designer

Rand Labs

As a leader, I was responsible for establishing all language and communication processes among various teams within the company. During my tenure at Randlabs, we successfully launched:

- The main Algorand Block Explorer, Algoexplorer.
- A redesigned MyAlgo Wallet with Multi-signaure Feature.
- The creation of our first Wallet Browser extension, MyAlgo Connect.

My responsibilities included:

-Creating and establishing design workshops, feedback sessions, and ideation spaces.

-Creating and establishing product design systems. Notably, Pandora [Algoexplorer] and Blue Lagoon [MyAlgo] have dedicated mobile and desktop components documented.

-Establishing a robust Hand-Off process by leveraging prototyping tools.

-Transferring knowledge and the design process to new designers.

-Creating 2D motion graphics to support product releases.

- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Lead Product Designer

I was the first product designer at Randlabs, and my role involves solving all of the company's user needs. My responsibilities include:

- Conducting benchmarking to gather feedback, insights, and areas of improvement from both direct and indirect competitors in web3 blockchain technology.

- Creating flowcharts to define the MVP framework and optimize the company's efforts to provide value.

- Developing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.

- Working closely with developers to integrate designs, providing guidance and assets as needed.

- Applying a deep understanding of user-centered design principles to ensure the usability and accessibility of our products.

- Creating logos, graphics, and 2D motion graphics to support product releases.

Bemovil SAS

I worked for a multi-product company that offers various services such as topping up your phone, paying bills, and sending/receiving money. My role involved creating the entire user experience for the mobile application and collaborating closely with the development team to enhance product speed and scalability.

My responsibilities included:

- Creating a flowchart of the product to define the framework and optimize time and resources.

- Developing the architectural information for the entire product using grayscale Hi-Fi wireframes.

- Redesigning the entire user experience and visual design of the product.

-Establishing a robust Hand-Off process by leveraging prototyping tools.

- Creating graphic designs to support the marketing team and product campaigns.

I worked as a product designer for a SaaS company focused on supporting restaurant and retailer business owners in Cairo, Egypt. One of the most interesting and fascinating challenges I experienced while working alongside amazing colleagues was the opportunity to understand, switch, and adapt my mindset. -Developing a business vision idea to adopt live streaming, which enabled me to create the first dashboard and product experience for it.
