A new step in my career, launching the Media Planning team with the objetctive to expand the range of services that Omnitel offers its clients. My main activities can be summarized as:

- Definition and strategic recommendation of investment plans in media and 360º marketing, for the company's client portfolio.
- Design of strategies, planning, execution, monitoring and optimization of campaigns in digital media.
- Supervision and coordination of the set of traditional and digital service environments: SEM, SEO, SMM, Display, Performance, etc. in the presentation of briefings and service proposals.

- Help establish the proposals, follow them, stimulate the team and check that the timings and the required quality levels are met.

Head of Digital and Offline Media

After several years working in multinationals marketing departmentsOmnitel offers me a change of perspective.

I´m part of the team that manages the Hewlett-Packard account. In the area of ​​comarketing dedicated to the implementation of marketing and communication actions through wholesalers and distributors of the IT channel, led and financed by Hewlett-Packard. My functions are summarized in:

- Nexus between Hewlett-Packard, its commercial channel and the agency.
- We transform Hewlett-Packard's channel marketing team language into a better benefit for your channel and, therefore, for your clients.
- Reception of briefing, review and presentation of counterbriefing, proposal and recommendation of actions, execution and analysis and presentation of results.
- Execution of: Incentive programs, events, training, awareness actions online and offline, relationship marketing, promotions, public relations, lead generation via telemarketing / media / inbound marketing ...
- Implementation of actions, monitoring, review and presentation of results.
- Profitability analysis of the executed actions.

Account Supervisor

Ensuring alignment between sales organization, business group marketing, and product teams to design and execute the most effective partner marketing campaigns. 

Channel marketing focuses on these five key priorities:

• Build consistent, scalable and replicable processes to pilot channel marketing ROI

Channel Marketing

Microsoft

Working closely with the Marcom Team Lead, Windows and Microsoft Office Product Management teams, and Communication agencies. I build and execute integrated marketing communications campaigns including direct mail, e-marketing campaigns, campaign websites, collateral, search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine advertising (SEA), social media and the localization of global advertising campaigns. This includes managing all creative feedback and approvals, production timelines, and budget.

Job Activities:
- Coordinate and execute on advertising and direct marketing campaigns (across all appropriate mediums) within budgetary limits and in adherence to timelines. 
- Interface with all internal stakeholders (segments, audience managers, BGs) to solicit feedback and approvals on creative and ensure that feedback is incorporated and creative is error-free.
- Ensure consistency in communications quality and message from a customer, Microsoft Brand and product perspective. 
- Ensures coordination across marketing vehicles so that communications are integrated.
- Coordinate campaigns with advertising, relationship marketing, SEA and SEO agencies by establishing status meetings, campaign timelines, budget and scope of work for each campaign. 
- Responsible for integrating all internal Central Marketing Group services: CRM, email deployment, web and analytics team.
- Coordinate approvals with legal team including the research of trademarks and copyrights and adherence to brand guidelines. 
- Monitor the effectiveness of the campaign by establishing appropriate tracking and optimization during campaign in-market period and development of post campaign analysis.

Achievements:
- Adapting to a new environment more dynamic and accelerated. 
- Launch of three generations of Windows and Microsoft Office to all market segments: Retail, Small Business, Big Bill, Channel.
- Global Best Practices: Windows Vista launch internal campaign; Office 365 Online Video Campaign.

MARCOM Marketing Specialist

BMW Ibérica

Changing prodtuct area and marketing team. From the area of conquest to the category of special vehicles. I report directly to the Category Manager, Elena Gray, I focused on the day-to-day management of both products:

- Monitoring and reporting of sales.

- Resolution of doubts sellers.

- Definition of the standard equipment and optional for Spanish versions.

- Briefing assessment of advertising proposals.

- Launch of advertising campaigns for BMW X3 and X5 in printed media and TV.

- Review of catalogs, configurator ....

Achievements:

- Total control of all aspects of marketing of both products.
- First great advertising campaign.
- Closing of the year achieving the sales targets.

Product Manager BMW X3 BMW Z4

Back in Spain I continued my learning sector in marketing department of BMW Ibérica as Junior Product Manager of Cabrio and Coupé of the BMW Serie 3 (E46). Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, Stefan Krause, my primary function was managing the last part of the life cycle of both types:

- Monitoring and reporting of sales.

- Resolution of doubts sellers.

- Proposed and closure with BMW AG of Limited Editions and equipment packages.

- Briefing, evaluation and selection of proposals for communication.

- Proposal evaluation and approval of plan of PR, media ...

During this period I actively participated in defining actions launch of the new BMW Serie 3 Berlina (E90)

Achievements:

- Total control of all aspects of marketing of both products.
- Design and discussion with the region of the equipment packages run out.

Junior Product Manager BMW Serie 3  Cabrio and Coupe

As a member of “DRIVE program” I changed my residence to Munich where I continued my training in several departments:

V3-2 communication for Europe.

- New Car BuyerSurvey: Review of the raw data from countries: Spain, Portugal, France, Belgium, Germany and Italy for the years 2002 onwards, with the aim of providing an overview of the European car market from the point of view of the consumer. Presentation of the results to the team.

- Monitoring the implementation of the launch campaign for the BMW Serie 1 in several European countries. Analysis and presentation of results at country level and aggregates.

- Data collection from sales of varied countries of the region, monitoring of advertising actions of competitors ...

K21 New Product Design.

- Support for the design of ad hoc evaluation studies of colors, equipment options, design tire .... for the new BMW Serie 3 Coupe and Convertible (E91 and E92).

Manufacture of BMW Serie3.

- For a month I was working on the assembly line in the sections of bodywork and painting.

- Personal growth that can deal in a new country and with limited language skills.

- Adaptability for working environment and work types very different from Spanish one.

- Reporting BMW AG data of the main Spanish car market monthly : registrations, market shares by brand, trends, contrast vs previous year.

- Dossier to management team of the evolution of indicators (KPIs) of BMW Ibérica Report weekly.

- Proposal of sampling and monitoring local implementation of international market studies both BMW and sector: New Car Buyer. Presentation of results and relevant  recommendations to marketing and sales teams.

- Development Studies Ad Hoc:  Take internal briefing to product managers, defining objectives and methodology, selection of a consultant for the fieldwork, analysis and presentation of results. Examples: Pre-test and post-test advertising, mystery shopping, buying intention,

For 6 years I participated in the launch of several versions of “Windows” and “Office”. Then I worked in “HP” and its Channel Marketing. Since 2016 I focus my efforts on a new project: “Social Revolution” a 100% digital agency specialized in the use of Social Networks as a business tool.
