As a VA, the skills I've acquired include but are not limited to managing WordPress sites (uploading blog posts, updating pages, backlinking, metadata for the blogs) and minimal graphic design using Canva for social media posting of freshly published blogs. I managed social media sites for the blog-focused pages and used Canva as my graphic designing tool. The tools used for scheduling were Buffer, Tailwind, Pinterest Scheduler, and Facebook Business Suite. In addition to that, I also manage social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) for a small online retail company that I own. As a copywriter, I am assigned to create copies depending on clients' niches, as I worked in a digital marketing agency. This includes outreach emails (cold emails and not), landing pages, appointment pages, booking pages, and order forms. I have basic knowledge of project management tools like Trello, ClickUp, and Monday. I also have experience with Zapier, GoHighLevel, SuiteDash, and Active Campaign. My writing experiences include creating blog posts and articles, both using AI and not. I also worked on a platform where we craft social media posts for daily updates for different companies. Lately, I have been learning how to use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to capture leads and use Expandi for automating LinkedIn campaigns. I also have basic knowledge of Instantly for email marketing.
