Libertum has a marketplace where property owners/borrowers can tokenise their property to access interest-free capital for what their property’s rental yields is worth and the investors can simply invest in fractional rental income ecosystem and earn monthly passive income proportional to their ownership

Naked Dough is all about bringing edible raw cookie dough to the masses. Yup, ’tis true. Our safe-to-eat, indulgent treats can be devoured straight from a tub, munched on a cone, or taken home to dig into later.

Naked Dough launched the UK’s first Cookie Dough Café as a pop-up in London’s Old Street underground station in June 2017. Since then we have also popped up in Top Shop, Oxford Circus and at Camden Market.

Naked Dough appeared on BBC Two’s Million Pound Menu in June 2018. This show is now being broadcast around the world on Netflix and the reaction has been amazing.

Alongside our ludicrously moreish (and utterly Instagrammable) egg-free, raw Cookie Dough, Naked Dough offers Make Your Own Cookie Dough, Dough Freaks, Ice Cream and more. Our permanent flavours include Unicorn Food, Nak-Ed Sheeran and vegan Buttery Biscuit Base.

We make our egg-free raw cookie dough with the same techniques as your home baking, so we actively encourage the same spoon-licking from the bowl.

We learned that many takeaways and restaurants were stuck between overpaying for the ingredients they needed and getting prompt delivery, or paying less and risking quality and reliability issues from their supplier.
It was clear that this choice between either overpaying, or risking a breakdown in supply or a reduction in quality puts an unfair squeeze on too many in the catering industry.

Putting our heads together, we created the masterplan for Foodelo – a reliable and affordable food wholesale service run by those who know and work in the industry.

It’s a simple vision of a life made better by providing healthy habits designed with real people in mind.

At Fruitene, we do things a bit differently. There's no corporate nonsense, and no old fashioned hierarchy. Instead, we work in dozens of self-sufficient, autonomous teams. Think of them like start-ups within a start-up that learn from each other.

We would like to create an environment where people are peeling mandarins, having an apple a day to keep the doctor away and splitting the banana skin instead of chocolate bar wrappers, crunching cookies, munching on doughnuts or making skinny lattes. My main site being Horsley Park in East Horsley which in itself has 17 Conference rooms and 34 syndicate rooms, 172 bedrooms and three 4* hotels within the site.

He later made a foray into commercial real estate investments while also managing several bakeries. His current focus is LIBERTUM, a web3 project making investment in real estate accessible to everyone.
