I'm planning and executing the global marketing presence, which includes both online and offline elements of Sousse Nord Group ( Marina Port El Kantaoui / Golf El Kantaoui / Shotopek Appartements & Restaurants "Les Maisons de la Mer & des Jardins" )

Responsibilities:
* Co-ordination of all marketing and communication activities for the company .

Activities:
* Developing and executing marketing communication plans.
* Determining the target group and develop preferred relationships with Tour operators to increase bookings mainly from Western & Northern Europe.
* Implementing and developing the concepts in websites, online social media, brochures, advertisements, POS-materials, fairs (stand concept) and writing of marketing texts.
* Finding the right media partners
* Making golf and sailing analysis and evaluations,set-up data bases, analyzed the main tour operators and supervising group E-reputation .
* Makes survey with guests to improve products.
* Planning and participating in different trade shows, fairs,conventions and promotional events both locally and internationally. 
* Welcoming journalists, executive editors, national and international visitors.

Responsibilities:
* Sales & Consultant Representative ( Mahdia, Monastir, Port El Kantaoui, Sousse & Hammamet )

Activities:
* Preparing and presenting welcome meetings including “smart sales” pitches up to 12 times a week to up to 300 people per session.
* Provide detailed and accurate reports as required by TUI main office in Oostende
* Ensure all health and safety producers are implemented according to "TUI Standards"
* Facilitation of arrivals and departures at Carthage International Airports & Monastir Habib Bourguiba International Airports.
* Selling trips and giving information about the touristic areas, hotel, culture
* Dealing with customer complaints and solving any kind of problems: Investigating, resolving and escalating issues & conflicts such as lost passports, allegations of theft or other crimes, illnesses or injuries, accommodation issues or supplier issues.
*Establishing and maintaining strong partner relationships with hoteliers, excursion agents and travel companies.

In short: making sure the guests enjoy their holiday to the Max.

* Running welcome meetings and sorting out excursions, 
* Acting as a guide on a coach tour, 
* Solving glitches or giving advice and recommendations on the best places to eat, drink, swim, dance, sunbathe or sightsee.

Responsibilities:
* Strategy plan with targets, activities and budget 
* Reporting to the owner of Houria Palace.

Activities:
* Signing all Tour Operators’ contracts.
* Developing a new concept engagement withTUI . ( Jet Hotel )
* Looking after special offers & packages.
* Dealing with Quality Issues.
