LumenOptix Inc

Aligned a team of 50 direct and 500 indirect employees behind the unique selling proposition and brand story, creating industry's first company to target specification grade retrofit. Executed carve out from Westinghouse joint venture to form new entity: LumenOptix. Built new industry recognized brand and segment: "architectural retrofit".

- Developed product and awarded US Patent 9,239,153 as named inventor. Became private label supplier to GE Lighting and Honeywell
- Grew $15M company in seven years
- Doubled production capacity annually while improving to 95%+ on-time delivery by directing implementation of LEAN / TPS manufacturing principles.
- Secured high profile installations with Amtrak, PA Convention Center, Denver International Airport, Mia Hamm building Nike World HQ, NYU Library, Target, Kohls, Simon Malls, General Growth Properties, etc. 
- Collaborated with investment bankers to orchestrate merger with Ceelite, Inc. and secure my exit.

- Outperformed industry during 2009 economic crisis with sales down 16% in an industry down over 25%, followed with 32% growth in 2010
- Achieved 52% compounded annual growth by identifying unique market position
- Recruited and created manufacturing and sales team; deigned first six initial fixture platforms which expanded to over 300+ individual fixture types.

- Successfully exited the joint venture by overseeing company carve-out via asset sale.
