Global Director -  Global Partner Strategy

Focused on driving the strategic objectives across multiple functions to Grow & Align the business. Providing clear direction and analysis for all functions within the COO organisation as well as driving the ‘interlock’ with wider Sage business to execute at pace. 

Diagnose and assess the performance of the most strategically important aspects of the COO organisation as well as defining steps for remediation.

Collaborate with Sales leaders on strategy and deployment to ensure Revenue Effectiveness and Sales Function Efficiencies across different channels. Creating aligned framework for pipeline management/review, KPI’s review, and drive priorities supporting growth (NCA vs Renewals, shift from On-prem to Cloud)

Director - Performance & Execution

Trusted advisor to Lee Perkins, Chief Operating Officer. Running the COO office & leading transformation initiatives across Sage as it moved to becoming a truly great SaaS business.  Responsible for providing leadership to EVPs & MDs, in order to both diagnose and assess the performance of the most strategic aspects of the business operations.

Working closely across the business to successfully deliver reporting, analytics, tactical and strategic requirements to drive operational & revenue performance. 

Managing relationships on behalf of the Ex-Co with external and internal stakeholders to maximize potential benefit for Sage and minimize unnecessary distraction.
