Precision Group

•	Achieved Digital Transformation by implementing Oracle Fusion R13 Cloud modules for Precision group. The entire range of Fusion Order management, Fusion Manufacturing, Fusion HCM, Payroll, Oracle time and labor, Fusion CRM, Fusion Procurement, Fusion Inventory, Fusion Financials, Fusion WMS and Fusion BICS was implemented by replacing a 24-year-old legacy system within 9 months.
•	Managed major transformation projects like IOT enabled Smart Factory, Customer Experience (CX) Platform enablement, RPA with Intelligent Process Automation and AI Strategy for Precision Group thereby helping organization achieve cost savings >$2M.
•	Managed a team of infrastructure, application, and security team members by overseeing the IT Governance.
•	Develop, review, and certify all information security policies, maintain business integrity, provide for service continuity, and ensure all disaster recovery procedures are sound and fit for purpose.

•	In this role, am envisioned to provide strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of the information and technology systems with an annual IT budget of $1M for KRC International Group
•	Manage End to End delivery of SAP/S4 HANA ERP for the group & Microsoft Navision LS for the retail division
•	Lead the digitization project within HR & Finance using DMS connected to SAP
•	Effectively manage the project delivery as per the proposed scope, timeline and budget. Managing internal & and external teams and ensure proper governance is in place to meet the project objectives

Was Heading the IT Operations & Projects in McCormick & Co. for the Asia Pacific Region and played a key role in bringing up all the McCormick companies in this region to the global McCormick standards along with ensuring the SOX compliance. 

•	Provide leadership, vision & management to the APAC Regional IT team and thereby ensure compliance with McCormick global governance model
•	Plan & design the Data Center rollout within McCormick business units, and lead the consolidation project of six Data Centers across the APAC region to a single colocation in Singapore
•	Manage multiple SAP implementation projects which includes an EHP version upgrade as well as a green field implementation within the business units in APAC region.
•	Drive the PMO office & conduct periodic meetings to ensure end to end delivery of projects across APAC
