Along with my 3-member core community team, we recently relaunched the Sprinklr Community in May 2024.🎉This is a great learning opportunity for me where I was fortunate enough to see the pre-post-and during the relaunch days firsthand. It was a challenging and rewarding experience too. Starting from scratch is almost like building a brand new community in the B2B customer community space!
My key responsibilities include but not limited to:
Recommending 3rd party analytics tools to integrate into the community; Initiated the Google Analytics and Hotjar tool implementation into our community. Taking a phase-by-phase approach in tracking the metrics.

Working on setting up a Power BI dashboard that is exclusively created for community data where we aim to highlight the key health metrics to showcase to our key stakeholders

Working closely with the Product Team [in Guragon] for all their technical implementation support and data clean-up tasks. 

Responsible for tracking every link that goes out of the community; monitoring the UTM tracking links, checking the tactic IDs, and cross-checking various UTM parameters to accurately track the member's traffic and CTA clicks.

Creating and documenting bi-monthly and monthly reports at a high level as well as detail for two sets of audiences; leadership team and for my reference respectively.

Day in and day out moderating the Sprinklr Community, making sure no thread goes unanswered with a strict SLA policy in place. Daily check-in of the community threads and direct messages, and looking into the Engagement Dashboard to make sure there are no pending queries and clearing up the queue or sending to the appropriate team within a decent timeframe.  In case of any support delay, communicate transparently to the customer.

Editing Macros and creating a summary for each closed support ticket through our Gen AI feature summary tab. 
Responsible for maintaining the PoC, first-line, and second-line support for all the Product lines.
