	Boosted margin by 723 bps in Fiskars’ largest Stationery category through strategic product mix and markdown mitigation.

Strategic Account Manager

Develop and execute strategic growth plan for bedding and bath programs across Walmart and Sam’s Club businesses in stores and online. Lead strategy and supply chain management activities from Arkansas office coordinating communication across global channels. Collaborate with ten-member cross-functional team focused on surpassing sales and performance metrics. Cultivate conversations with Walmart and Sam’s buyers on market trends, competitor landscape, product innovation, assortment planning, pricing, and inventory management. Oversee financial forecasts and budgets and create action plans to mitigate sales risk. 
 
Key Achievements:
	Drove 196% growth through market analysis, strong customer relationships, and optimized inventory.
	Created and implemented click to pay advertising campaign through Walmart Connect.

Collaborated with Laundry, Tabletop, Trash Bags, and Consumer Paper buyers and support teams to grow the business online and in clubs. Brokered conversations with suppliers on inventory flow and performance metrics. Budgeted and forecasted item level details including sales, margins, and inventory.

	Acknowledged with multiple sales awards in FY19 for stellar performance by buying and support teams.
