As an individual who has experienced many forms of death, disappointment, depression, toxic relationships, burnout, etc., I have spent many years growing through the adversities life has brought my way. Thanks to the "School of Hard Knocks," achieving my Life Coaching Certification and becoming an NLP Practitioner, I stepped into what I found to be my true calling to help others grow through all that life has brought to them! Life gave me many of reasons to not feel worthy of happiness, confidence and fulfillment, but I shifted my mindset and learned how to recognize that I was the only one holding me back from all that I deserve. Now, I have made it my mission to allow others to do the same...because we ALL deserve a life we are fulfilled with!
