Successfully provided Scrum Master/Agile Facilitator services across industries on a contractual basis (NDA + IR35) to clients in need of a presence with strong command of Agile Methodologies in fast moving scale ups, as well as, for large companies where reiterative efficiency practices are the missing ingredient. Through daily stands ups, interactive explorative techniques and retrospectives, we as a partnership between scrum team, scrum master and product owner have often unlocked levels of delivery previously believed impossible. My current weapons of choice include Miro, Jira, Confluence, Trello and Asana.

Facilitated the collaboration necessary and assembly of the Scrum Team which delivered 'The Thought Book 1' & 'The Thought Book 2'. 

This iterative process was vital to the successes of the 1WPM, LVL 21 and other musical projects - boldly establishing a new revenue stream for WML that directly inherited the improvements learned from previous projects/sprints/retrospects.
