The Reward & Employee Benefits Association (REBA) is the professional association for employers offering rewards and benefits to their staff as part of a wider HR strategy to engage talent and drive success.

We are supported by leading and forward-thinking Associate and Professional Members. I engage with our professional members to ensure they are getting the most from the REBA community and membership services. I project manage our monthly webinars and am your contact for all things search & selection, supporting our members in their desire to further their career.

We offer networking events, industry commentary and collated content, government lobbying on topics such as salary sacrifice and in-depth research reports. With dedicated Industry expertise, we offer a discreet and personalised executive search service to our senior professional members to assist our members in their career development within the specialist field of benefits and reward. 

REBA, the Reward & Employee Benefits Association, aims to drive the employee wellbeing agenda. We believe that caring for people in the workplace is both good for those particular individuals and their employers, but also the benefits to the wider society will be great too - ultimately spreading health, wealth and happiness across the UK and to our global employee populations!

To this end we organise both the Employee Wellbeing Congress and our Future Forum live events, monthly webinars and invitation-only private round table events, as well as publishing in-depth insight reports analysing trends in reward, benefits and corporate wellbeing throughout the UK.

My position entailed identifying, managing and developing key strategic accounts and the fulfilment of clients' permanent recruitment needs.

By doing this I am able to provide our client base with high calibre professional candidates.
