Client abrasion is a modern problem with SO many options of products and services today. Before 2020 I was a clinician (I'll say more about that below), the asymmetrical career change has provided more opportunities for lifelong learning and the satisfaction of problem-solving. The pivot happened THERE by applying transferable skills to a digital networking era- I landed an ambulatory implementation specialist role teaching fellow clinicians to become SAAS super users. Comfortable holding the attention of and furthermore delivering best practice directions to intellectual physicians, I was hired to an Electronic Health Record change management team for multi-million dollar SAAS implementations in hospitals.
