My favorite job that I ever held saw me reporting to a leader that I have often described as a walking leadership library. He had multiple bookshelves of different leadership and self-development books that he had read over the years. This leader coined a motto for our leadership team "there is no growth in the comfort zone and there is no comfort in the growth zone." We continually pushed ourselves as a leadership team and as a site and achieved world-class results. I have a high-achieving personality and thrive in high accountability and high performance situations.
