Hello there, My name is Jayron, and here is everything you should know about me👇 I finished my PhD in biochemistry at the Amsterdam UMC under the supervision of Prof. Carlie de Vries, Dr. Ed Eringa, Prof. Daniel van Raalte, and Prof. Max Nieuwdorp. Alongside finishing my PhD, I co-founded and co-host The Struggling Scientists Podcast which is a podcast focused on discussing research topics such as intermittent fasting as well as the everyday life of scientists. Together with my co-host Suzanne van Wouw we’ve done over 70 episodes, ~4000 monthly downloads across various platforms such as Spotify and Apple Podcast, interviewed multiple guests, have grown our audience on social media platforms including Twitter(X), Instagram, and LinkedIn.
