●  Revamped customer experience through CCR , chat, and App redesign, working with Web Development team on enhancing mobile app & UX design.

●   Exceeded call center performance metrics in AHT, ACW, Service Levels, CSAT, and Occupancy Rate.  Realized a 71% decrease in ACW from an average of 230 seconds to 65 seconds.

●  Centralized REO Team in Chandler and created process routines, procedures, and training guides for staff.

●  Implemented reporting and focus on portfolio management to increase our turn rate from a historic average of 17% to over 22%.
●  Championed paradigm shift in handling extension requests that resulted in decreasing the average time to close, as well as rollover by 27%.       
●  Manage OCC portfolio to coordinate with MRT, Litigation, and Audit that files are closed prior to 5 year requirement.  Rolled out pilot with Title 365 for backup contingencies.      
●  First in industry to roll out Dual Path Marketing & Closing, with Auction Vendors and Agents.

VP, Mortgage Servicing Team Manager II - REO

●  Migrated department from Short Sales to Deed In Lieu, with cross site implementation and development of training procedures and processes.
●  Inherited DIL portfolio that was over SLA (76%) and reduced it to under 5%.  
●  Responsible for the direction and training of team managers and associates to comply with Investor and Government regulations, directives and initiatives.
●  Manage gap and risk analysis with Vendor Management, Sr. Management, and Investors through conference led calls with various internal LOBs (Risk, Legal, QA).

AVP, Mortgage Servicing Team Manager II - SS & DIL Closing

●   Developed and facilitated weekly trainings to over 260 associates and management staff.  
●   Managed a team of trainers and policy writers and coordinated trainings across sites for various Technology, Investor, Government, and corporate initiatives and deployments. 
●   Coordinated project management for complete overhaul of system platforms and training for internal and external clients, through collaboration with risk, quality, governance, and senior management.
