International Coach Federation - ICF UAE Chapter

Ensured good governance of the ICF UAE Chapter, monitored and followed-up on the progress against agreed strategic goals. Supported, encouraged, and held the directors accountable to fulfill their roles with the resources available. Lead the process of the Nominations and Elections and ensured the transparency and adherence to the bylaws.
Responsible for growing and retaining membership, for developing effective ways of connecting with, reaching out to members. Promoted ICF membership with new graduates of coach training, established and maintained relationships with coach training schools and developing growth and retention strategies for the ICF UAE Chapter.
November 2018 ICF UAE became a Chartered Chapter.
March 2019 ICF UAE recognized by the Global Leader's Forum in Dublin for Gift of Coaching for coaching collaboration with the Gulf Indian High School.

Responsible for identifying and developing effective ways to build and engage the ICF UAE coaching community and provide opportunities for the ICF UAE members to contribute and grow their coaching skills. Visibly engaged in promoting professional coaching in the community and providing a link to the ICF Global and ICF Foundation, their coaching initiatives and their impact in the region.  Served as the point of contact with the ICF Foundation Ambassadors and reported to them regarding the progress and impact. Collaborated with the Director of Events regarding speakers, acknowledging members and their contribution. Working with the Director of Sponsorships and Partnerships to identify and activate partner or sponsor relationships to support the growth of the ICF brand, ICF UAE community, and ICF members experience.
