I manage the company's entire content creation process.
From ideation, execution to distribution and strategy - bringing brand-building and personal branding content to life.

(1) Weekly Newsletter Management: 
Lead a newsletter with over 7,000 subscribers, maintaining a >50% open rate and 3% click-through rate.

(2) Social Media Growth: 
Achieved a 33% organic increase in followers by elevating a corporate LinkedIn page now at nearly 40,000 within a year through strategic content and active community engagement.

(3) Employee Advocacy Management:
Manage an advocacy program across 10 profiles, delivering significant monthly increases:
  - 42,831 Impressions (+393%)
  - $4,300 Earned Media Value
 
(4) Multimedia Production:
Directed impactful video and podcast content that enhanced company credibility and attracted collaboration offers and inbound leads.

(5) Creative Content Development:
Oversee all aspects of visual content, including photography and graphics, long-form and social media copy. Focus on storytelling to amplify company and personal brands (employees).
