Fresh out of college, I guided Boeing union workers on two production lines to move from low-performing to achieving award-winning improvements in productivity and quality. Intuiting a non-traditional approach, I guided these incredible people while spending a total of 17 hours with each team. As the CEO at Kinext, I support inspiring leaders and their teams to achieve strategically imperative milestones, often by taking non-traditional paths where hidden value is unlocked and activated from inside their organizations. I also find it incredibly rewarding to convene industry leaders and create a container where they feel they can curiously explore how to solve industry-wide challenges.
