He was previously involved in founding two Fortune 1000 CIO/CTO peer groups and served as the EVP of Member Experience for Outthinker Strategy Network, a peer group of Chief Strategy Officers from companies with over $1 billion in revenue. Fresh out of college, Jimmy joined Boeing’s leadership development program, the BCFP. In an impressive feat, he inspired two teams of union workers on the F-15 fighter jet and T-45 trainer jet production lines to reinvent how they worked together. Despite spending just 17 hours with each team, he led them from low-performing metrics to award-winning improvements in productivity and quality.
