The world of SaaS sales and sales leadership has been kind to me. I began my journey in SAP's sales graduate program in London in 2008 and haven't looked back since. A passion of mine has always been traveling, and I've been fortunate to do so while working with multiple startup and scale-up SaaS vendors. Over the past 15 years, my career has taken me across the globe, with business ventures in the UK, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Spain, Israel, Dubai, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Macau, Canada, and the USA. I’ve also attended Presidents Clubs in the Cayman Islands, Mexico, Vanuatu, and Indonesia. At 28, I was transferred to Australia to become the Regional Sales Manager for N-able (SolarWinds), but one of my proudest career moments came when I was given the opportunity to launch Datto in Australia as their first feet on the ground. I built the GTM team and eventually grew into the VP of Sales for the region. After an amazing journey filled with fond (and some foggy!) memories, I decided to step away from the corporate world and establish Bluebird APAC – a SaaS GTM Executive Search and recruitment company. Our mission is to help emerging startup and scale-up SaaS businesses build their foundational teams, while simultaneously helping rising sales leaders land their dream roles – roles that will bring them the same fulfilment and joy I've experienced in my career.
