Responsibilities:
- Research, design & deliver high-quality virtual and face-2-face learning spaces to Sage colleagues, and be accountable for improving them based on feedback.
- Mentor and teach Design Thinking, Agile, and other Innovation methods; partner with other domain experts and coaches to build memorable learning experiences.
- Work with other facilitators and learning partners to maintain, grow, and improve our Innovation Academy, to become the most valuable learning offering at Sage.
- Update and customize the curriculum to meet the needs, as we learn more about our learning-customers and what jobs they need to get done.
