I have also been implementing the SAP SuccessFactors suite of products for 20 years, for domestic and global clients. For project management I follow and adhere to the PMBOK, as well as many of the methodologies including AGILE. I am also a member of the PMI and local chapter. One of my passions is change management and assisting customers as they change their business processes and technology. I find the intersection of people, process and technology to be very compelling. I follow and use the acclaimed Prosci methodology and materials, allowing innovation and flexibility along the way, to meet every client's unique wishes. Coupled with this are the custom training programs I create and deliver to clients. I am very experienced at content development, delivery and working with many different types of organizational audiences / levels and skill sets, including folks with disabilities. Working closely with global & local client project teams I offer creative and timely solutions to their business challenges by leveraging my in-depth human resources domain knowledge and deep technical skills.
