Structured and led Trux’s continuous improvement division with cross-functional teams working on strategic growth initiatives across a 3-sided Marketplace while establishing the team OKRs and product philosophy. Hired and coached a team of 2 product managers and oversaw the prioritization of initiatives across 4 product groups. - Reduced cancellations in Trux Marketplace 23% by building hypotheses and performing experiments on changes to our driver cancelation flow leading to an uptick of 43% more revenue.

Manager Product Management

FleetrUS

First product hire responsible for customer research, defining the product vision, evangelizing product strategy, roadmap, and OKRs for a new SaaS product launching in the US and Mexico markets. Managed the end-to-end product development lifecycle and the cross-functional team consisting of engineering, product, UX/UI, marketing, and sales.
