Act as vehicle engineering database administrator and technical liaison to technical partners including Hendrick Motorsports and Pratt & Miller Engineering. Oversee development and integration of vehicle simulations and suspension kinematics programs. Act as liaison between engineering and IT departments. Oversee various mechanical design R&D projects. Responsible for team refueling systems and steering systems.

Lead Race Applications Engineer

JR Motorsports

Established Engineering department for NASCAR Nationwide Series team owned by Dale Earnhardt Jr and Rick Hendrick  . Responsible for implementing Hendrick Motorsports engineering practices and software tools as part of a merger between the Hendrick Motorsports and JR Motorsports NASCAR Busch Series teams. Acted as main technical liaison between Hendrick and JR Motorsports. Managed engineering staff and oversaw all 7-post hydraulic rig road simulation testing and at track testing. Managed engineering budget and supervised all technical projects.

Established engineering practices and methodologies for NASCAR Busch Series team. Responsible for all aspects of vehicle setup including simulation, design, aerodynamics and suspension geometries. Organized and executed all 7-post hydraulic rig road simulation testing.  Race-day duties included race and fuel strategy. Supervised shop-based engineering staff. Additional race-day duties included fuel delivery, consumption calculations, and race strategy. Made critical decisions in a timely manner in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Acted as liaison to various suppliers and manufacturers. Oversaw data acquisition department. Performed R&D and damper engineering duties at various times.
